1. Overview

This website is operated by YCZ ("we", "us", "our"). By visiting officialycz.store or placing an order you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully. If you do not agree, please do not use this site.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to purchase from this store.

3. Products and pricing

All prices are listed in Australian dollars (AUD) and include GST where applicable. We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your screen displays colour accurately.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors, to change prices without notice, and to limit or refuse any order. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, you will receive a full refund.

Where a product is shown with a comparison price, that price is a price the product was previously offered at by us.

4. Product information and safe use

YCZ fragrance is a cosmetic product for external use only. Do not spray on broken or irritated skin, avoid contact with eyes, and keep out of reach of children. Discontinue use if irritation occurs. Fragrance is flammable, so store it away from direct heat and sunlight. If you have sensitive skin or known fragrance allergies, patch-test before full use.

Our products are cosmetics, not medicines. We make no therapeutic claims.

5. Orders and payment

Placing an order is an offer to buy. Your order is accepted when we send a dispatch confirmation. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout. Payments are processed by third-party providers under their own terms and security standards, and we never store your full card details.

6. Shipping and returns

Delivery and returns are covered by our Shipping Policy and our Return and Refund Policy, which form part of these terms.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under that law. Where we are permitted to limit our liability, our liability is limited to replacing the goods or refunding the price you paid.

8. Accuracy of content

We work to keep this site accurate and current, but we do not warrant that all content is complete or error-free. Content on this site is provided for general information only.

9. Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, images, logos, layout and design, is owned by or licensed to YCZ and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce or use it commercially without our written permission.

10. Reviews and submissions

If you submit a review, comment or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive right to use, display and reproduce it. We may remove content that is unlawful, offensive or misleading. We do not publish incentivised reviews without disclosing them.
