Health Spurt started from a simple frustration with the supplement industry: most products rely on proprietary blends and sub-clinical doses, so there's no way to know if you're actually getting an amount that works. We wanted to build something different — supplements dosed exactly as they were studied, with nothing hidden behind a blend.

Every product we sell is formulated at the levels used in the actual research, not a diluted approximation. Our Astaxanthin, for example, is dosed at 12mg per serving — the amount used in human clinical trials for vision and skin resilience, because lower doses often fail to produce measurable results. We hold our NAD+ formulations and the rest of our range to that same standard of clinically studied dosing.

We also believe you shouldn't have to take our word for it. Every batch we produce is third-party lab tested, and we provide Certificates of Analysis and full ingredient transparency so you can see exactly what you're getting. Our products are tested for shelf stability too, so potency is guaranteed for 24 months from production.
